Therapy for Adults

Each person's unique therapy facilitates a highly personal exploration. A safe and supportive relationship is the basis for sharing struggles, and working through difficulties. I view psychotherapy as a collaborative and creative process that focuses on promoting meaning, resilience and a sense of well-being. This may involve exploration of both past and present relationships and coping patterns.

I provide support for adults to work through depression, grief, anxiety, trauma, relationship, parenting and career problems, as well as many other issues. Individualized goals within a climate of safety and respect, help to foster emotional shifts, and the ability to make constructive choices while expanding responses to relational challenges.
